The software is really good. Electronic filing this year not good. Servers were down. Had to print and mail. Not cool! Not sure if I'll use it again or not. Been using for the last 10 years. Never had a problem.

Verified Purchase:Yes
I wanted to see the change in the return if I made contributions to an IRA. When I tried to remove the contribution amount and the check box for having a IRA contribution, the fields would clear but the amount of the return stayed the same. The program needs to allow changes in order to see impacts to the bottom line and then be able to change the fields back.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible experience this year. I've never had a worse year paying taxes. I've never owed more, software failed on upload and still shows return rejected, chat support was bad. The only saving grace was voice support gentleman was great.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
