Have been using HR block for 15 years. I work in one state and live in another state. 15 years and you haven't got it right (I can see improvements, but still buggy)

I've used both online internet-based software and H&R Block Deluxe to prepare taxes. The PC-based software is more flexible and allows me to prepare taxes for multiple people in my family. I do W2, Retirement, Social Security, Schedule-C, capital gains, and more with this one program, without add-on charges. The ability to e-file up to 5 federal returns is valuable. The only change I would seek is a lower-cost or free e-file for State returns.
