I have been.an H&R Block user for years. It is well set up and efficient to use. Even with non-normal items for my situation, the software makes quick work of preparation and filing.

I have been purchasing your software for over 15 years. I am not happy with the decision to not allow the purchaser to get the software on a disc anymore along with the fact that the license # is only good for 2 years. If I get a new device and want to load a previous year that I purchase that's over 2 years old I will not be able to put it on my new device. I will be looking for another option next year.

I dropped off my paperwork on April 2nd. Had to pay for Uber. I called multiple times(over 10) to check status. They kept telling me different stories and how she would call me back. She never did. I had to scramble to find another place on tax day. I will never use this place again.

Very good program. Just some picky observations. Schwab didn't send my tin (social security numbers) with my personal information. I didn't know that what they were. Perhaps when asked for the tin ,add "usually social security" would be clearer. Also, when filling out the State it didn't use the bank info from the Federal forms ,so I had to fill bank route and account numbers in . As I said; just picky observations.

This software sucks. So many problems to list. Result? Failure to file, with frustrating ERRONEOUS "failure code." When I called, I was told to call IRS. What a joke!
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
