While the filing and tax documentation process was Ok, I was upset that it costs SOOOOOOO MUCH and then you got to PAY to file the State return Electronically!!!

Can't e-file amended returns for previous years even though IRS allows it as of Jan 2024.
Also can't handle personal EV charger credit.

I had the following problems with the state form: Medical deduction didn’t carry over. There was no way to enter certain deductions. 401K did not carry over properly. I did not call the help line but finally just did a paper form. Next year I am only buying Federal.
