I've been using HR block for many years. Works well, but you still need to know tax laws for it to be accurate.

I'm a former EA and have used tax software since the late 1990s. This was definitelly one of the poorest. It took a long time to work your way through the program and the instructions were not always complete.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
