I received “flyer” from HB but don’t have access to scanner. Downloading from your flyer was a very very trying. Finally turned to another method and was successfull. FYI, I have used HB for at least 8 years but this may be the last time.
Cons: Hard to import documents

Having your servers down for 18 hours when I repeatedly tried to send my Federal Return and payment? Unacceptable. Unless you can remedy by implementing redundancy in your system, I will take my business elsewhere.
Cons: Time consuming

I have been using this program for more than ten years with ease. The only problem I had was with the Foreign Tax Credit. Until this year it would not allow me to claim the $600 allowed without the 1116 form. Hence I had to send the return by mail only. The program appears to have changed a little bit this year by allowing FT credit to be claimed as a business expense. I hope that next year H&R will give us the option of either filling 1116 form or claim just the $600 credit without the 1116.

We had only one issue with this year's product. My daugter owed taxes this year, and hit the wrong button for her payment. Changing it was extremely cumbersom.
