Server down at critical time

OK, so I waited until the last day. Knew something bad would happen and it did. HR Block server down most of 4/15/24 so could not file electronically. Finally filed Federal mid-afternoon but had no option to file state separately, so had to mail it. Option to file state did appear after Fed was accepted by IRS, but too late in day for comfort.

I bought this software for one reason - so I could eFile my returns. So what happens when I do try to eFile? "Bad Gateway" ALL day Apr 14 and 15. Those are sorta critical dates for tax software. Have lost my confidence.
We've used this program for years but this year it was very slow and had a lot of issues with filing for state. It had trouble connecting to the server and my credit card was charged six times when purchasing the state and it did not even go through. I am not sure I will use this program again next year.
I have used this software every years since 2016 and it is great.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been using this tax program for years. Each year it improves. I like the interview questions and the option to directly import data from multiple payroll services and investment brokerages. It still has bugs but they are easy to fix. If you want to make filling out tax forms easy, this program works.
