Hard to find some things.Software is buggy Wouldn't let me file state until I filed Fed even though I had E-filed fed and it was accepted 2 days before.Last but not least they had a server problem on April 15th so I had to run to the post office because it wouldn't e-file
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I use this software each year. I love that it stays consistent. I do have one suggestion.
I did my son's taxes on a free program suggested by the IRS. On it, they have the previous year's figures in one column next to this year's figures (on the summaries). When I am doing our taxes, I flip back and forth looking at how we compare to last year's return. That just made it easier to compare.
