I use your product every year to file my return, but every year, I get charged multiple times for filing my state return. When the IRS "Rejects" my return for any reason, you charge my account for the State Return Filing fees every try. I don't like that at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Could not file on April 14 and 15

I use this SW for two purposes...tax preparation and e-filing. Since I had a huge tax bill, I waited until the night of April 14 to file. And could not. And also could not on April 15. For this level of incompetence and failure, I expect Jones and Lowden to be fired.
Pros: Easy to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

H&R's web server was down so I had to put together the paper filing package to meet the deadline. Very annoying and frustrating. They should refund our money.
When I bought the Deluxe and State the ad stated the state was free. Then they charged to electronically file. Should have been upfront. Need more help with the K1's. Leave you hanging, just telling you to fill it out yourself if you have a K3.

Completely lost my trust!

After years of using H&R Block tax filing software, this year was a complete failure on the part of H&R Block. Continually getting Bad Gateway errors and cannot e-file and will likely be forced to do the old school - print and mail to the IRS with a hand signed check. This is unacceptable and I will definitely use a different service next year.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I I have been using the H&R Block software for many many years and I find it very easy to do.
One thing I really would like is a simplified questionnaire for taxpayers who only have W-2s and a Standard Deduction rather than having to go through the entire questionnaire.
Other than that, I'm very happy with it. I will continue to use it and definitely will recommend it to others.
