Terrible product offline

Was offline for over 30 hours had to mail forms to IRS

Charged my credit card 16 times for state return that was already filed. Would not go through. No answers as to why.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Horrible experience this year

I've used HR Block software for several years.without issue. This year their site completely failed to process the submissions with no feedback or updates from the company. It was impossible to understand if the filing had succeeded or not for almost 24 hours Furthermore, I accidentally initially selected pay by credit card. There is no obvious way to go back and make any correction and since the amount owed was large the service fee would have been substantial. I ended up hvaing to go to the IRS site and pay directly. No idea if everything will eventually end up being received correctly.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Program was easy to follow and I was able to complete our tax return with no problems.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Very robust tax package and easy to use. I'm hoping that it retrieved stock data from my investment account, as well as Turboxtax did.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

Couldn't efile for 16 hours on last 2 tax days

It was hassle this finish. Finished doing the tax return on the last weekend. Tried efiling on Sunday night (4/14/2024) around 9pm PST. Kept getting "bad gateway" error. A google search uncovered that other folks were seeing it also for the last few hours. The issue continued close to 1pm on last tax day (4/15/2024), meaning scramble to get printout and mail it on during a work day. Not something I want to ever deal with again. Think I will switch to some other S/W
