Bad Gateway!!!

I've been using this software for years typically with ease and no problems. This year it appears many users are getting the "bad gateway" error. HR Block has yet to address it or assure users the issue will not affect their filing. You get an email saying it was accepted by the IRS with no way to verify as IRS.GOV can take 21 days to acknowledge filing.
Communication would be nice...
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

They did not carry over save/have available my tax records from the previous year. I've used H&R Block for ten years and paid the exhorbitant amount of money every year for the software primarily so that they have a record of my taxes.
Always found it easy to use and fast to complete the tax documentation. Used Deluxe version most of the time but also used the business and Premium versions when required. Very user friendly and simplifies even complex entries.

All the extra fees like payment processing and filing have gotten way out of hand. It feels gross. I’ll just do my taxes by mail next year. It shouldn’t be done this way. We shouldn’t have to pay a private company for something that no other citizens in any other country need. You’ve just taken it too far.

Bad program

The software did not efile properly. It kept on showing messages Bad Gateway. The program shows it still has not filed while I have an email that IRS accepted it. I am not sure what is going on. I will never use this program again a.
