Bad Gateway Issue

Terrible this year. Have been using it for years. Kept getting "bad gateway" error. Was not responding. Unacceptable, Block! Have been using it for years.

What Happened to the Software Quality

I have used TaxCut for over 20 years with no issues. Today, April 15, the servers have been down since 10 PM last night. TaxCut keeps telling me that my IRS form 1040 is not accepted. Now, I am getting an email telling me that one of the failed forms did make it thru to the IRS and was accepted. I can't print using Adobe, keep getting an error. Some forms I could not enter the data, others seemed to lose data. This software worked for 20 years, why did it stop working?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Everything we try to use an efile it would demand another update and once we lost an efile in the update so we only got 4. When you download a W-2, you get error messages later making you fill in towns and social security numbers and then it kept including unnecessary forms that we had to delete. So glitchy this year!!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Terrible — Never Again and I would give a flat 0

Worst tax submission experience I’ve ever had. And it isn’t even done yet. For some reason you (h&r block) claim I submitted my tax return but the software still says it cannot connect to the server. The dialogs were very confusing and the help boxes didn’t help at all. I will not be using this software again in the future. I’d give this software a -100 rating if possible.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
