there were a couple of places where the questions didn't seem clear. for example, i missed entering my state taxes on the first round. had tyo go back and find where to enter it. also the going back process was clearer in earlier years.
Pros: Easy to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Many financial institutes are not supported to import documents and records, which makes it very challenging to manually input financial records like 1099B records.
