I usually purchase this software shortly after I do the return but waited till March this time but I'm glad that I used this program again. It always works great for me!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

Form 1116 entry needs work

Entering the data for the Foreign Income Tax Credit was extremely tedious and difficult. I found an outside webpage that went through the process. Otherwise, I would have gotten nothing. Using the outside webpage I got over $900 credit. I looked back at my 2022 return, which I filled in without the outside webpage. I got zero. I should have gotten over $1000! The outside webpage said that TurboTax is much better than HR Block for getting earned the foreign income tax credit.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed that AZ form 352 was not available on my state return software. I had to download it from the state and mail a paper return to file for my AZ state taxes. Lack of that form would have resulted in a $352 tax liability.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

Good software for DIY tax return

One place need improvement, job related expenses. Should allow user to expane into detail work sheet/ list for each expense instead of must lump them altogether as one item. For example, a NP need licenses for DEA, NP, NPF, NR and none of these expenses are covered by employer.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming

Printing Problem

This Year & last year product has printing problem. When you try to print return before filing, it only prints half of each page
