Will use them again despite severe problems

I’ve used them for years, but software problems this year prevented the state return portion from working. A very nice level 1 tech spent 3 hours working to fix this, but couldn’t. She filed a case for level 2 support. After two days not hearing back, I gave up, filed Fed, will file State by filling out paper forms.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Annoying Software

I downloaded my tax information from my brokerage and this program constantly wants me to review the information. Even after I do review the transactions it keeps telling me I need to review them again when there is nothing to change. It always makes it sound like there is an error when there isn't. Extremely annoying nagging about downloaded transactions needing attention.
Pros: Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So many years of great software

Have been using HR Block software as far back as I can remember. Easiest to use. It will ask you a few questions and “poof”, taxes completed and filed in time to go out for lunch.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been using this product for many years. I had some new needs this year and found that they were already built in. They worked smoothly and I am very happy.

I have purchased this software for about five years but it’s become less and less friendly. Will not purchase it next year.
Cons: Hard to prepare

Been Using for many years

Have used this S/W for many years. Some comments for improvements: 1) When there is an entry item that's very important & has conditions to be followed, rather than just adding a note below about that condition, design the note so the user doesn't overlook it as entrys are made.. 2) Somehow separate areas dealing with itemized vs non-itemized items
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Too much delay

Waiting for H&R Block to release an update to fix Clean Vehicle form took way too long. This is the first time in 15 years where I have had to wait this long to file taxes. If this happens again, I will probably looking into a different software to file.
Pros: Easy to prepare
