Easy to use

I have used H&R Block for about 6 years and it is so easy to use. Everything is laid out well and explained very well.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

Over time, this software gets more unintuitive

Been using Deluxe and its predecessor for decades and each year it gets less intuitive and harder to use.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have purchased and used this deluxe version and e-filed without any problems for several years so far. There is a short learning curve each time due to forgetfulness but, you can easily find the paths to review and correct your errors.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good Product - but

The program is basically good and easy to use.
For the pat 3 years however, the software has had mistakes where I could not import my financial data from Schwab to the Block program. I ended up having to enter the data manually. Not hard, but the program should have been checked before putting it on the market.

This years software is buggy... and frustrating
