HAVE USED THIS SOFTWARE FOR MANY YEARS

I have used this software for about 10 years. In this year's return I had to deal with selling a house out of state and buying another in state. It improves year on year. Block still needs to simplify the questions with more clarifying statements and examples. I still prefer it over the competition.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not very user friendly

After using TurboTax for many years, this product is more difficult and somewhat confusing requiring much research to understand what is required.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been using H&R Block digital software for a number of years. It makes completing and filing straightforward and simple as long as one has proper backup documentation.

Slipped this year

I was a bit annoyed with it this year. Following the instructions, i don't believe it imported from Quicken anywhere near as accurately this year. Example - gave virtually all my charitable $ to one organization. Also would not import may tax document from Fidelity , Schwab or Raymond James - had to enter all the summary info by hand.
Cons: Hard to import documents
