I got this at a reasonable and good price. Easy to use with all the functions without bells and whistles. Very professional program. Thanks for the change from the other software.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

Just ok.

Lot of loss when you have the state return. Lot of stuff not explained well. And also, at time there is a yes or no button that should be a continue button. More effort is needed to make it transparent to the user. I less than love this, seems to pragmatic.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I wasted 2 hours trying to install state

Very disappointed this year. State will not install! First time since it was was Kiplingers Tax Cut.

Great software, easy to use and understand

The price of this tax software is very reasonable when compared to others that are available. This is my 3rd year in a row using H&R Block. I should have started using it earlier.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

HR Block tax software

All I can say it that it’s much easier and faster to use than TurboTax. HR Block will be my go to tax software in the future, Bye, bye TurboTax.

Good, but....

Good but more changes are needed to make it more user friendly. I've used Turbo Tax for over 15 years but their cost increases convinced me to try something different. I could not import my 1099-R (did not offer that option), the AGI that was pre-populated for the e-filing was wrong (only populated the first two digits), and there was not an easy way to opt for the standard deduction. Pleased with the ease of download and accuracy of calculations. Fix the other things I mentioned and I'd give it four stars.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

Great product - horrible support

I have been using Block since its inception. This year when I ran an update, all my tax files disappeared. I asked for help and received “You’re just going to have to input everything again.” It had taken me two days to prepare my complicated return. I had a software issue a few years back, and had to buy the software again, because they couldn’t/wouldn’t fix it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
