Could not efile my state return

I have used H&R block tax software for years, but this year I had a problem that had no explainable solution.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Software updates were very late in 2024

Inherited IRA calculations delayed submission of taxes as software was not updated to address until 2/16/24.

Satisfied but for one caveat

Basically satisfied with the program itself....been using it for years.......EXCEPT for one thing: When printing the return the right side of every page is truncated...an inch or so of the right side is hidden. This hides many $$ entries in the far right column. Even changing the scale of the print does not help. I'm using a Mac desktop computer. All pages display in their entirety on the computer monitor however. The same problem existed for the 2022 tax year as well. This problem did not occur with tax year 2021 or previous years. Quite annoying.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

Great for fed but state…..not so much

This is the 3rd or 4th year that I am unable to efile state. This year everything went fine until the accuracy check. On this check, it looks like a postal code is missing from a work sheet. BUT, the program won’t let me add it. So once again I have to mail my state return.
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

In appears to are no longer providing a field for an IPPIN number assigned by the IRS. This is a great enhancement to protect against identity theft which you provided for years.
Pros: Easy to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent Software for Tax Preparation
