Federal program great; state not so much

There were no surprises with my federal return; HRB rocks for those. Last year I moved to New Mexico and therefore had to allocate income between states. The program is not very good and in fact did not move some key data to the state return. I ended up having to do my state return the old fashioned way. Surely HRB can do better!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

I've used H&R Software for over ten years and have always been happy with the results.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Poor quality print too small and too gray

The print is too small and gray not dark black print makes it difficult and time-consuming.

Charged Twice

When filing my taxes, I finished everything and tried to submit. The program said I needed to do an update before filing my state taxes. I did the update and the program went through the final steps again. As a result, my credit card was charged two times for the state charge. I hope you can remove one of these charges.
