When I added in my market place health care numbers, it had calculated it for a whole year, when I indeed only had it for 2 months. The box for the annual total was greyed out, and it would not let me change it. I hope the IRS finds this error and corrects it!!!!
Pros: Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have used this software for the last 5 tax filings. It is very helpful and easy to use. I like all of the features it offers!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

Worked as in past years. Able to upload previous returns and it made it much easier. Did both Fed and state in a matter of minutes. Works wonderful for my tired old eyes
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Unfixed problems for 3 years now

Your software doesn’t submit Sch SE to the IRS even though they require it when Notary income is exempt. I wonder if it’s fixed for 2023!
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

Wrong HSA deduction. Says 500 limit wrong

So mad. Just efiled and looked at taxes. It didn't give me my HSA credit, but added $4050 as extra income. Now need an amendment.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund

This software package was advertised as Deluxe + Efile + State, but I was charged for the State return anyway, and had to pay before I could Efile anything.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The software presented form for excess RMD incorrectly. I spent several hours trying to resolve.
Deleted "excess RMD" figures and it resolved.
