I am finding more and more financial questions not explained well and creating problems in trying to guess through it without being able to solve without talking to a hu BUT I will give them points on having a human there to talk to. I’ve been using this for probably 20 years and the last two seemed to have more issues I had to chase down info for.

Must be a cliche. IRS rejected my efile. They said my AGI from last year did not match what was in my tax paperwork. But it did match.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to import documents

I like the setup of asking the questions. They import last years data - well done.
My problems are two:
1 - Charges at the end, after you have spent all your time entering the crap the feds and state require. 'Deluxe' my butt. Be honest up front. TT does the same kind of stuff.
2 - I had one data point that I could not correct ( $35 royalty on a gas line ) Locked me out of filing. No explanation.

I ended up using the in-store service for one filing - really great job. I might just use them for all 5 of my returns ( me, 3 kids, mother-in-law )
