I don't remember offhand what the different tier's are called, but the fact that I was stuck in a higher (read: more expensive) tier and couldn't get back to a lower (and less expensive) tier without having to call (and wait if hold) is ridiculous.
2022 The Worst Ever, not even when reaching out to live support were they equipped to address concerns or identify "where you were " in the program. Then to top it off, nowhere was it mentioned until the very end to utilize the State piece of the program would require additional monies as a service fee. Good riddens
