After I efiled the tax return and got email confirmation about the return is accepted. I can’t find the updated status on the software, there is no way I can pay the tax due.
The value of H&R Block's tax software is in its simplicity with the users swiftly carried through from beginning to end through a series of questions that can be quickly answered. All calculations are done automatically and carried forward to the next worksheets, schedules and forms. My tax return was filed quickly electronically, along with my State return, and I was amazed when my federal return was accepted within three minutes of submission. My State return was likewise accepted shortly thereafter.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
I like the product’ accuracy and ease of use— however every year it does not let me file electronically. It always says wrong agi. But i check it and it is always right. Other than that it is good
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
H&R Block Deluxe is the goto software for do-it-yourselfers. I’ve used it for years and find it consistent from year to year in terms of how questions are asked to lead me through the steps. It’s very intuitive; user friendly; easy.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
I have been using H&R Block (formerly TaxCut) software to do my taxes for several years now and it is so much easier than manually filling out the forms and figuring the calculations.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
I have used HRBlock for several years, and had always liked it. This year's edition (2022 Tax Year) makes it a time-consuming challenge to save a usable PDF copy of the filing forms. I had to figure out a way around the PDF995 "Virtual Printer", because the program kept telling me I had to first download this app, even when it was already downloaded. This went on through many attempts. And when it finally did accept a command to save the forms, I was left with no clue as to where to find the saved copies. I could find them nowhere in the HRBlock program, nor elsewhere in my hard drive files. Another frustrating 60 minutes lost. Why on earth could you not leave simple and easy alone?
