Issues this year with transferring data from prior years filing. Also, e-file was rejected as AGI did not match prior years but it did match. Changing to another tax prep software next year

Have used H&R Block software for several years. I like the fact that it pulls information from the previous year into the current year. On the downside, once you overwrite an entry, the program may not allow you to e-file your return.

I have been using Taxcut for the past 10years. This years version would not download 1099 Div, 1099 Int, or 1099B information from my brokerage account (Mac IOS ). Spent countless hours on the phone with tech representatives from both Taxcut and my brokerage account. After being assigned a case number by Taxcut no further action was taken to correct the problem. After researching on the internet it appears Taxcut does not want to work with Microsoft??? Anyways what worked in previous years no longer worked for me.
