It’s not use friendly Ike it was a few years ago. Much harder to navigate when there are errors and explanations were not helpful.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice and mostly easy to navigate with it's highly intuitive interface. There are some glitches with fully populating data across the application, but those are caught during the review process. Tips are not 100% clear, but with best guesses and some minor Googling, issues were rectified. All in all, good software. More than I could say about my last tax preparer.

I’ve used H&R Block tax preparation software since 1995 and have never had issues with it. It is straightforward and relatively easy to use and enter data. It’s always updated and ready to go.
