Much less user friendly than Turbo Tax. Errors every year until they finally fix it in April. The only reason I use it is the price on the product that includes stock sales.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare

Been using for over 20 years and has always been easy to use. I would give it 4 1/2 stars. On some rare occasions it can be hard to get a clear answer to a question without going to the IRS website.

I'm a long-time user, dating back to WAY before HRB owned it! First version I had was called "Ask Dan", after the original attorney that invented it! Many, many years ago! Still love it, and buy it every year.
