Easy to use, especially year after year with information carrying over. Also, you cal use it for multiple people(kids, neighbors) and you can e-file free for 5 returns

The entry for Estimated Taxes was buried within a long list of rarely used entries. But the topic of Estimated taxes divided among multiple States was featured prominently. Many people had a hard time finding the most common entry for Estimated Taxes. In fact, if you tried to look up the entry it fed you to the rare case of multiple states.

Intuitive and easy to use. Excellent interview process. Has just the right combination of doing complex tax calculations for you, while still allowing manual changes for more experienced tax preparers. I had tried Turbo Tax a few years ago and didn’t like the interview or methodology that it follows, so went back to HRB software!

I had been using TurboTax for a number of years to do my taxes but I was getting very frustrated with the software the last 2 years. So I switched it up this year and got H&R Block. I was very glad I did. Not only was it cheaper but it was a breeze to go through. Granted, I don't have a complicated tax situation, but it should have been easy with TurboTax also but it wasn't.
