What someone should know is. If you are married but separated and don’t live in the same house whole. Even though your not claiming your wife you will still need her social Security number to e file your taxtes. It gave me so much problems that I just mailed it in.

Always good and accurate. I file Federal and Arizona, and the state version can be complex because this state is non-conforming.

Totally stinks without the disk

I had to call technical support and software support twice, to be able to send my e-file done and Shara in software support was an awesome help getting me to be able to get it done!!!!
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The program prepared my taxes in a small fraction of the time it would have taken to prepare them manually. I t was easy to check a form, when I wondered how something was being handled.
My only complaint is that your charge for filing my state return electronically was much too high.

H&R Block makes it about as easy as it gets when it comes to doing your taxes. Consistent interface for years means that I'm familiar with the look every year when I do my taxes. They do a good job of hiding the stuff you don't need to worry about, but it's there--in normal English (and IRS-speak if you want it)--when you need it. And this is still an actual application on your computer (rather than submitting your data on a website).
