State Portion is Terrible -- State Didn't Work

The State version (Ohio) never worked. Tried multiple times to download it. Keep getting error message that software could not connect to Internet. Internet was on!! Turned off Firewall and tried again. Still did not work. Tried re-downloading the whole program and then the state part by itself; still no good. Federal part worked OK, but for state (Ohio) was a complete failure. I have used your product for years; never had such problems. Wonder how well Turbo Tax works? May find out next year!!!
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been using these products for almost 40 years now and have never had an issue. Phone support usually works fine, although I did have one issue this year.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

I did not grab the state filing initially. I thought it was included in the original price. Then I found out it was separate and it was more for the state than the initial federal with state combines. Very cheeky and deceptive.
Cons: Hard to prepare

Software full of glitches

1. I tried to download my brokerage data into H&R Block software. Followed all the instructions and the last command "Continue" did not work no matter how many times I tried. I had to input all my brokerage data by hand that took me hours.
2. The software uses later OS of Mac which my computer does support and could not be upgraded. I ended up buying a second hand computer just to do my 2022 taxes.
