Continues to be the worst tax software, every year I swear it's the last year I'll use it.It regularly loses or messes up my home office deductions, creates havoc with everything. Lost my car deduction multiple times. Then I re-entered it in, and there were duplicate forms that were going to be sent to the IRS. Honestly, this software is the worst.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Horrible software

We have used this software for the past 4 years and this year it is terrible. It keeps telling us our taxes are rejected even though we put in all the correct info. We Have been trying for 6 hours to speak with someone on the phone and every time we hit the #3 to speak to someone it disconnects. NEVER AGAIN. You have lost our business. Back to Turbo Tax it is.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
