The process fill in the forms is clear and thorough. My only complaint, and it is serious is that there was/is a considerable disconnect between BLOCK and iMac software that make it a pain to download your updates, download the state version and then print the returns prior to e- filing. The lady who walked me through the printing issue saved the day. Please fix by next tax season.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

I have been using the H&R software for over 8 years. If you have all of your paperwork together, H&R will get you through every form you need in an afternoon and sent to the IRS!

While you do get the federal and state software, its very misleading that you do not get any e-files included for your state without paying more. But it does include 5 federal e-files
