The H & R Block Deluxe 2022 Software is an excellent program to use. Simple to download, and easy to understand and follow the instructions. I've used their software programs for several years now, and haven't encountered any problems as yet. Also a good value! I'm located in North Carolina, and would highly recommend this software to friends.

I disliked this program. It was tedious and the text on the screen was very small and not enlargable. I did not feel as confident in this program as Turbo Tax so ended up doing it in both programs. Do not appreciate having to pay more money when I go to electronically file the state return. Not as user friendly as the over-priced Turbo Tax but I guess I'll have to go back to Turbo next year.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

The H&R software was easy to use and generally had good help screens when i wasn't sure what i was being asked. The program then checked the forms, both Federal Federal and State, to mame sure correcr or to ask me ro verify an item or two.
