Easy to use, although it has its flaws, such as not being able to enter a zero or leaving blank W2 boxes where it's meant to be blank plus other errors I encounter every year.

Fairly decent tax software but you have to have some degree of understanding. Very often you are given option with little guidance as to what these options will impact. Explanations for each line item are somewhat limited and, when asking for clarification, you are directed to the IRS instructions but not specifically. You have to look it up and due to the daisy chaining which refers to other forms and schedules, it is sometimes a challenge to figure out what information is required and how it impacts your return.
