You Got my Initial Return rejected

Your soft ware enter the wrong AGI for 2021 and it worked really hard to keep me from changing it to the correct one which I just happen to have on an official IRS email complete with a Submission ID. After I corrected it, my return was accepted within a half an hour. The amount your software put in was the taxable income for 2021 instead of the AGI. We will see how many more bugs might be in your software if I get audited.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

lot's of new tax "stuff" this year with no explanation of what they were. This is not normal for H&R - usually on top of the education game for what's new this year

2022 tax software

I have used H & R Block software for the past several years. Usually I find it easy to do. This year I had more problems than before, especially with the State.
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!
