I have used H&R Block, and its predecessor Tax Cut, for many years, since maybe the 1980’s. The interviews help you put info into the right places. Far better than competitors. Only down side is clunky estimated tax functions

Have used H & R BLOCK software for about 9 years now and have found it to be really easy to use. After the first year you carry information forward and it makes it that much easier to use. I'm a retiree with little tax knowledge, but with the questions being asked as you go through the program, I feel comfortable sending my taxes to the feds and state. I'm very pleased with the whole process. Also, haven't been audited yet!
