I have used this software for year. Once tried an accountant, but it was more expensive for the same result. Once I tried another software and it was terrible, so I'm a loyal customer!

2nd year for me. Had a small problem with Fed Reject so I called support and we fixed in basically minutes. Great to work with software and the support team.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

1. for at least 10 years or so, i have reported that print-outs of supporting data have been shrunken (left to right) by 40%. and by doing that, the last 2 columns have also been deleted.
2. in addition, this years version does not know that a paper return was filed previously. Thereby signing electronically with last years AGi and a 5 digit code does NOT work. i wasted 3 e-files before calling support to have the issue resolved. Then i used another e-file, with success. I cant believe i was the only one to have this problem. I will be changing to turbo-tax next year.

The old programs automatically saved previous years information (names, emploters etc). The 2022 one does not nor did 2021. I guess Ill try TURBO tax next year since I have to imput all the data anyay. Renewal with HRBlock was gauranteed no brainer when the datat transferred.
