I've been using H&R Block tax software for years. Overall, it's great. There are sometimes a few confusing parts, but I can usually get it all done. My only real complaint is that in my state (AZ) there are tax credits that can be claimed, but the forms are not included. I have to go to the state website and print them out from there. Otherwise, it's a great program and makes doing taxes so much easier!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

The state software for Colorado is lacking when compared to TurboTax and others. If you have other credits the software has you mail the state return in, rather than ask questions and file electronically.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

Data Font Printed Output Too Light

The programs data font is so light it is almost unreadable. There is no program option to change the font. The data font should be darker than the form font to be very readable.
