I missed checking QCD the first time through, but knew that I had to check that box. I could not get back to it without removing the name of Payer, then re-entering information. It was my fault, but not easy to correct my problem.

Have used H&R Block tax software for years, however we have been unable to submit taxes electronically twice in 2 years. So frustrating.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

The Explainations about taxes aren't as clear as Turbo Tax. Plus when I upgrade to the Premium at the beginning I never saw the upgraded version on my computer, just the Deluxe.
Pros: Maximizes refund
