Very intuitive and easy to understand and use. Been using H&R Block software for over 15 years and it keeps getting easier. One thing I noticed was in the state tax module - It failed to pick up the prior year contribution carried forward for the Ohio 529 Plan, which we noticed was missing, and when we manually added it, increased our state refund. Other than that... flawless!

Value priced, but complete and up-to-date. The program is very user-friendly and easy to use. It even reminded me of a property tax that I forgot to enter which made a significant difference on my refund. Once completed and checked for mistakes the tax return was e-filed and accepted by the IRS in 15 minutes. And surprisingly my refund was deposited 5 days later!

I had to use a magnifying glass many times. Often on pages with lots of unused space where larger text could be utilized.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
