The program picked up the incorrect AGI figure and failed to provide a warning that it would do so because of an amended return having been filed for 2021. The result was that the first filing was rejected by IRS and had to be refiled after the correct AGI was entered.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I keep using Tax Cut because it's the only program I've used (since 2001). But I have to mention that the program has flaws in it when it comes to going from looking at an actual form and then wanting to check another form (without having to close forms, then RE-open forms). Plus the back button either goes way back or not back enough. I've played with this program for over 20 years but still I hate having this problem. Then it always seems if I make a change in something I've input, it messes up other things. Again, 20+ years of this has taught me you have to be very careful and check everything many times before completing this yearly effort.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good price, very convenient and easy to use. It did crash a few times on my Mac computer running OS 13 Ventura. I had to download the app again, delete the previous install and that fixed the issue.
