Hard time downloading software first time, so I ended up with 2 versions of 2022 software. Had to call technical support. Works, but not as smooth as other years. Appreciate how software imports info from previous tax year.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to prepare

WARNING! IT WILL NO LONGER FOR MANY OF US TO USE THIS SOFTWARE NEXT YEAR! According to their website, windows 10 will be REQUIRED for the software to function next year. That leaves the 35% of us windows users who still use windows 7 plus the users of windows 8 in the lurch -- THE SOFTWARE WILL NOT RUN AND YOU CAN EXPECT BIG PROBLEMS IN GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK IF YOU FIND THAT OUT AFTER YOU DOWNLOAD THE NEXT VERSION. I have exclusively used and recommended this software for 15 years, so I don't know where that leaves me, but it clearly is NOT with H&R Block.

Font is too small, lots of empty white space. 8 or 10 pt would be ideal.
Print function is lousy. Single sided instructions should print on their own, not on front or back of a form.
Double sided form should print as a 2 sided form, not2 singled sided pages.
