It was sad that you did not allow me to file electronically with the state. When I printed the form tho I noticed I could go to dept of revenue and file electronically there for free! Would have been nice for H&R Block to tell me that.

The taxes were done properly but the software closes continuously without warning. Saving after data entry is the only way to minimize your time and data loss

on 3/20 - FINALLY, your application was able to connect to your update center for the first time this tax season? Why is that? Why were there no unfinished federal forms back in February, but I still couldn't file federal tax? Why could I not access the Virginia state tax that I paid for, until yesterday?
Cons: Time consuming

Downloaded software from email and it had issues. Took forever to download. When I tried to print it hung up and I had to shut down. Uninstalled & reinstalled and had same problems. Software had a huge error in transferring interest and dividend total from Federal to State of AL. I reported on Feb 24 & finally got it resolved on Mar 17.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
