The price is right when compared to other tax software. Stocks are included to where you don't have to "buy up" to the next level of tax program if there is no other reason to do so. The platform is user friendly and easy to navigate.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to import documents

Trying to resolve a software problem for almost one month. Follow up calls are useless because they have you go through the same steps you’ve been following, with no success. Then told that the problem is going to be escalated. Much wasted time.

NY IT 360.1 Form does not calculate even if change of address (out of NYC) is entered. Overriding anything prevents e-filing.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
