Easy download, easy to navigate, covers all possible benefits, and worth the purchase price. Five free e-files is a winner. Use to use Turbo tax and now an HRB concert.

2022 had issues with upgrading, and there clearly were some programming errors. I have used the software for 8 years and this was by far the worst. I kept get fake errors because of software errors and got continual requests in reinstall the State of Colorado. I will give you one more year to do better, else I switch. Also for Colorado there were case in the past where I had to do my own forms and then mail them in. Also in 2021 it made me mail in the Federal form when then ment I had to mail int he state form and it took 6 months to get a reform, because your software was not smart enough to write in electronically a K-1 field relating the the 1065 llc and and the LLC that paid income tax when it should not have. That also needs to be fixed.
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works very well. I especially like how it will take info from the previous year return and seamlessly enter it in to the current return. One only has to have the new data to enter, as you would if you went to a paid person.

The software works well and the fact that it does a sanity check on the return is very helpful. The only issueis with the up cost for the state program,and the cost for E-filing the return. The E-file is supposed th reduce the cost of filing the return, so why is is costing me more?
