I have been using the H&R Block software for many years firstly for our personal tax’s and also for my wife’s small business tax’s. I have never had a problem and it’s alway worked smoothly. As long as they keep up the good work I will gladly continue to give them my business!

Not the same program I have used for many years. I had to file taxes on paper for myself and one other individual due to changes in the program. That defeats the need for this program on their own. I contributed some some to my grandson's 529 and because of that I had to mail my state taxes in. I have done this same thing for 9 years but now all of a sudden I have to mail.

Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Despite having used HRB for the past several years, your 2022 software would NOT read my 2021 return. Your explanations on various topics are confusing at best. Finally, after submitting both Fed and State returns electronically and paying your fee for the state return, my Fed return was rejected because of YOUR processing error. Therefore my state return was also rejected. After resubmitting the same returns, they were accepted - but I had another state return fee to pay. Had to. call your customer service to get it waived.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
