When I got to the end to efile and went to verify my AGI from last year it wanted a separate AGI’s for my wife and I. The problem is we have always filed jointly and this return was completed the same way. After a couple of hours on the phone with support I had to email it to them and wait for them to come up with a resolution that doesn’t require me to mail it in.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The H&R Block software works well. But beware solicitations for pre-ordering and early ordering. I had pre-ordered and paid for Deluxe + State expecting to save money but got Deluxe without State. When I discovered this, the warrantee period had passed. I had to struggle to get H&R Block to come up with a solution, which it finally did but it cost me extra money.

Difficult to use on MAC, updates not available. Can’t file Federal yet 3/15, due to missing forms in program, holding up State filing. Don’t buy.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
