The state portion of the program is horrendous. It has a major error on Schedule CS which prohibits the customer from e filing.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare

H&R Block still does not support rebates for individual electronic filing where users have installed Electric Vehicle Service Equipment (EVSE)( (chargers). For me this was a $300.00 rebate that the EVSE that I put in my garage to charge my electric car.
With the number of people installing EVSEs. This is a major failure in the Block software.
