I feel HR Block is a very good tax completion program. The only problem that I had with it the last two years is in the Mass. State return There are blocks for the company ID number for Medicare and the program won't let me complete the return without a company id for Medicare. And, of course, Medicare does not have a company ID so what does a person do. The word exempt comes up in that box BUT the program does not accept it. What to do??? Please fix this. Also, there should be a phone number to contact help.

Too many bugs in this version. To many vague descriptions and prompts on how to complete the taxes. Then you want to uncheck a box it says “we can’t delete that data but we will remind you when we get to that step” and it never does. I had to restart my entire tax file multiple times just to get it right. They really dropped the ball on this one.
