The problem with the H & R Block software is that you cannot print your return for your records if you have an Apple Computer. The print comes out very large and there is no way to change the print setting. And the help center is no help.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

Horrible Software Compatibility Issues with IRS

Multiple rejections by IRS due to software compatibility issues. "Your return was rejected because of a problem with our e-file process." After multiple software updates and refiling I gave up and used Turbotax. Return was quickly accepted via TurboTax.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am only rating it three stars overall because, My federal return was rejected a couple times, making changes was not as simple as you would think to identify mistake and make corrections, Plus it has a refile option but that requires another fee or the use of one of my five free files for purchasing the product. I had to refile three time before all correction were done, I did not think was a good thing.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
